He's the only employee, so you don't feel like you're playing roulette with which technician you get. He communicated well throughout the fix process, giving me options on how I wanted to proceed. He worked quickly, getting my laptop back to me within a day or 2. Plus, since he works out of his home, you know you're going to get a square deal, because you know where he lives.
